Mold temperature of liquid silicone injection mold  is 120 ~ 150℃ in its curing reaction .Mold temperature control is very important. Mold surface temperature requires stable.If the surface temperature is too high, it will produce products burning, parting line cracking, brittle products and other phenomena. If the surface temperature is too low, the adhesive curing speed will be slow.It will cause the quality problems such as the product can not be demoulded.

The temperature of the mold needs to be heated evenly: if the mold is not heated evenly and the temperature difference is large, which will make the flow of the rubber material unstable.It it easy to appear the phenomenon of cavitation and injection dissatisfaction.
 
The position of the heater: the heater and the parting line should be kept at a sufficient distance to prevent the formwork from bending and deformation, which resulting in the finished product forming a spillage raw edge.
