Fault part classification:
1, according to the fault occurrence state, it can be divided into:
(1) Progressive failure. Due to the gradual deterioration of the initial performance of the injection molding machine, most of the faults of the injection molding machine belong to this fault. This failure is closely related to wear, corrosion, fatigue and creep of electrical control and hydraulic mechanical components.
(2) Sudden failure. It is caused by various unfavorable factors and unexpected external influences, which exceeds the limit that the injection molding machine can withstand. For example: due to the overloading of the cylinder into the iron, resulting in screw fracture; Breakdown of injection molding machine electronic plate due to high pressure series. Such failures often occur suddenly, with no prior indication.
The use of injection molding machine often occurs sudden failure, often due to design, manufacturing, assembly, materials and other defects, or operational errors, illegal operation caused by.
2, according to the nature of the fault, it can be divided into:
(1) Intermittent faults. The injection molding machine lost some functions in a short period of time, and can be restored with a little repair and debugging without replacing parts.
(2) Faults. Some parts of the injection molding machine have been damaged and need to be replaced or repaired before they can be restored to service.
3. According to the impact of the fault, it can be divided into:
(1) Complete failure. The function of the injection molding machine is completely lost.
(2) Local faults. Some functions of the injection molding machine are lost.
4, according to the cause of the failure,it can be divided into:
(1) Wear fault. Fault caused by normal wear of injection molding machine.
(2) misapplication fault. Faults caused by operation errors and improper maintenance.
(3) Inherent weak fault. Due to design problems, the injection molding machine has weak links and faults in normal use.
5, according to the risk of failure, it can be divided into:
(1) Dangerous failure. For example, the safety protection system loses its protective function when needed, resulting in personal injury and injection molding machine failure; Hydraulic electronic control system failure caused by the failure.

6, according to the occurrence and development law of injection molding machine failure, it can be divided into;

(2) A rule fault occurs. The occurrence of faults has certain rules.
Each type of failure has its main characteristics, which are called failure modes or states. The fault state of various injection molding machines is quite complex, However, it can be summarized as follows: abnormal vibration, mechanical wear, the input signal cannot be accepted by the computer, the electromagnetic valve has no output signal, the mechanical hydraulic component is broken, the proportional linear imbalance, the hydraulic pressure drop, the hydraulic leakage, the oil pump failure, the hydraulic noise, the circuit aging, the abnormal sound, the oil quality deterioration, the power supply voltage drop, the amplifier plate has no output, the temperature is out of control, etc. Different types of injection molding machines have different proportions of failure modes.
According to the manifestation of the fault, it can be roughly divided into electrical fault, action fault, process fault, mechanical fault and so on. The above classification is easy to search and analyze, and various faults may overlap.
