What is the working principle of liquid silicone rubber feeder?

The first is the storage and delivery of LSR. LSR is usually stored in drums or cans, and the LSR feeder draws the silicone into a storage tank inside the equipment through a special pump, and then pipes it to the location where it needs to be coated.

The next step is the coating of LSR. After storage and delivery, the LSR is transferred to the coating head section on the device. The coating head is usually in the form of a nozzle or brush, which can be adjusted according to different coating requirements, and the coating speed, thickness and other parameters are set through the control board on the device.

Then there is the curing and treatment of silica gel. The coated silica gel needs to be cured and heated in the curing chamber so that it forms a strong protective film on the coated surface. The time and temperature of silicone solidification can be adjusted by the control system on the device.

This is followed by the stripping and collection of the coated silicone product. The coated, cured silicone product is peeled off the workbench and collected by conveyor belts or other forms of conveying equipment to the designated location for subsequent processing or packaging.
