The conveying distance of the liquid silicone feeder is limited, mainly affected by the following factors: the length, diameter and material of the conveying pipeline, the hydraulic pressure and flow of the pumping station.

 

First of all, the length of the conveying pipeline is one of the key factors affecting the conveying distance of silica gel. In general, the longer the length of the pipeline, the greater the pressure loss of liquid silicone in the pipeline, which affects the distance of transmission. Therefore, in order to ensure that liquid silicone can be effectively transported, the length of the pipeline needs to be reasonably arranged according to the actual situation.

Secondly, the diameter of the conveying pipe will also affect the conveying distance of the silica gel. In general, the larger the diameter of the conveying pipe, the further the conveying distance of the silica gel, because the pipe with a larger diameter can provide a larger flow cross-section and reduce the friction resistance of the liquid silica gel in the pipe. Therefore, when conveying silica gel, the appropriate pipe diameter can be selected according to the needs to improve the conveying distance.

 

 

In addition, the conveying distance of silica gel is also affected by the material of the pipeline. In general, if the inner wall of the conveying pipe is rough or not smooth, it will increase the friction of the silicone in the pipe, resulting in a reduction in its conveying distance. Therefore, when choosing the conveying pipeline, smooth materials should be selected as far as possible to reduce the friction loss of liquid silicone.

 

Finally, the hydraulic pressure and flow of the pumping station are also important factors affecting the silicone conveying distance. The higher the hydraulic pressure of the pumping station and the greater the flow rate, the greater the driving force of the silica gel in the transportation process, and the corresponding distance that can be transported will also increase. Therefore, when selecting a pumping station, hydraulic pressure and flow should be reasonably selected according to the transmission needs of silicone to ensure that silicone can be effectively transported to the target location.
